Migration to Liberty Swap
Graduation and migration are two halves of the same moment: the curve hands its reserve over to a real DEX pool, and the token becomes an ordinary, freely tradeable ERC-20. See Graduation for what triggers this.
LibertySwap is the decentralised exchange on PulseChain that the Launchpad migrates into. It is a Uniswap V3-style exchange, meaning liquidity lives in positions represented by NFTs rather than in fungible LP tokens β which is precisely what makes permanent locking possible.

What Happens, Step by Step
The pool already exists
It was created and priced at launch, not at graduation β see Edge Cases & Price Protection for why that matters.
Transfers unlock
The pre-graduation restriction is lifted and the token becomes a normal ERC-20 β see Why Transfers Are Restricted Before Graduation.
Why the Position Is Full Range
A Uniswap V3-style position can be concentrated into a narrow price band, which earns more fees but stops working entirely once the price leaves that band. This migration deliberately uses the widest possible range, so the pool keeps providing liquidity no matter how far the price moves in either direction β up or down, forever. There is no scenario where the token ends up with a pool that has gone inactive.
Why Liquidity Can Never Be Pulled
The position NFT is sent straight to 0xdead, an address with no private key. Withdrawing liquidity requires holding that NFT, and nobody holds it or ever can. Not the creator, not the developers, not a governance vote. There is no unlock date because there is no lock to open β the key was destroyed rather than stored.
The 0.25% trading fees the position accrues are locked the same way. They are not claimable by anyone, and accumulate inside the dead position indefinitely.
Fine Print Worth Knowing
The token leg can be marginally smaller than 180,000,000. If the contract had to spend part of its price-defence budget (capped at 1% of the allocation, so at most 1.8 million tokens) fending off price tampering, that much less is deposited. Any PLS left unmatched as a result is returned to the contract rather than lost.
The pool is created at launch, not at graduation. Anyone can create a pool for any pair, and whoever creates it first sets its opening price. Creating it immediately means the Launchpad always wins that race.
Migration is permissionless. If the graduating buy could not complete it, anyone can trigger it afterwards β no tokens or permissions required.
