# Fees

There are exactly **three**, and none of them flow to a team or platform wallet.

| Fee | Rate | When | Where It Goes |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Burn fee** | **1%** | Every buy and every sell during the curve phase | Buys back tokens and destroys them — see [Buy Back & Burn](/liberty-launchpad/buy-back-and-burn.md) |
| **Creator reward** | **1% of 192M PLS** = 1,920,000 PLS | Once, at graduation | To the creator's wallet — see [Graduation](/liberty-launchpad/graduation.md) |
| **DEX fee** | **0.25%** | Every trade after graduation | To the liquidity position — which is locked forever, see [Migration to LibertySwap](/liberty-launchpad/migration-to-liberty-swap.md) |

## What Does Not Exist

* ❌ No platform fee, listing fee, or withdrawal fee.
* ❌ No configurable fee recipient — nobody can redirect where the money goes.
* ❌ No treasury, no war chest, no multisig holding funds.

## The Real Cost of a Round Trip

Buying costs 1%, selling costs 1% → roughly **2%**, plus the price impact your own order has on the curve. Trading in and out repeatedly is guaranteed to lose money. That is by design.

## One Small Note

On orders below 100 wei of PLS, 1% rounds down to zero, so nothing is burned. The amounts involved are too small to matter in practice; it is mentioned only for completeness.
