Open the Activity tab
Select the delayed transaction and click Resync Proof
Press the Refresh button at the top of the balance screen
Go to Settings and click Generate All Private POIs
Click Rescan Private Balances
Wait up to 15 minutes
Restart the app and repeat the process if needed

Public broadcasters require stable, high-speed connections.
Try the following:
Restart the app
Check your VPN and confirm it supports P2P connections
Verify your internet speed and stability
Try switching to a different network if possible
Use a premium Ethereum RPC provider
Free or default RPCs are often congested
