Privacy Policy

Welcome to Liberty Swap — a privacy-centric digital asset swap platform designed for the PulseChain ecosystem.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Liberty Swap (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal and transactional data when users (“you,” “your,” or “user”) engage with our services via our website and swap interface (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

1. Core Privacy Principles

Liberty Swap is founded on the belief that financial freedom and data sovereignty go hand-in-hand. Our platform is engineered to minimize data collection and promote user autonomy while still enabling effective customer support and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

2. Types of Data We Collect

A. Transaction Data

When you perform a swap—standard or private—we may temporarily collect:

  • Sender and receiver wallet addresses

  • Token types and amounts sent/received

  • Timestamps and routing data

Note: Liberty Swap does not tie these data points to real-world identities, nor do we attempt to deanonymize blockchain data.

B. Optional Account Data (for Staking/Support Services)

If you opt into services like staking or open a support ticket, we may collect:

  • Wallet address (public)

  • Telegram or social handle (if support is requested via social media)

  • User-submitted metadata (e.g., screenshots, logs)

We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Automatic Retention: Transaction data is retained for 48 hours to support issue resolution.

  • User-Initiated Deletion: Users may opt to delete their transaction data immediately after a swap. This may limit our ability to troubleshoot issues post-swap.

  • Extended Retention: In case of ongoing support matters, data may be retained beyond 48 hours and deleted upon resolution.

All deletions are handled via automated backend systems with no manual override.

4. Privacy Modes

A. Standard Swaps

Standard swaps route through decentralized liquidity providers and expose on-chain data as per PulseChain’s protocol design. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are visible to the public.

B. Private Swaps

Private swaps are conducted via dual-layer obfuscation using intermediary chains or privacy-focused Layer 1s (e.g., Monero). These swaps are architected to:

  • Mask origin and destination wallet links

  • Disrupt chain-level tracking via randomized delays and chain hops

  • Avoid association with mixers while maintaining KYC/AML compatibility

Users can switch between these modes based on privacy preference.

We comply with lawful requests from authorities, as mandated by applicable jurisdiction, but do not store personal data that can be proactively shared. Requests are reviewed for legal validity before any cooperation occurs.

6. Use of Personal Data

We may use collected data for:

  • Transactional support

  • Service optimization

  • Fraud prevention

  • Legal compliance

  • Statistical analysis

We do not use your data for marketing or share it with advertisers.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may link to or rely on:

  • RPC endpoints

  • Privacy chain relayers

  • PulseChain-based DeFi protocols

  • Social platforms (e.g., Telegram, X)

Please review their privacy practices separately.

8. Security Practices

We implement:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit

  • Anonymization of logged IPs

  • Smart contract audits

  • Zero-access policies for customer-facing staff

Despite these protections, blockchain data is immutable and inherently public in some cases. Users should take precautions when interacting with DeFi protocols.

9. Children’s Privacy

Liberty Swap is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted data, we will promptly delete it.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page, with the updated date. Continued use of the Services implies consent to the latest version.
