This Privacy Policy outlines how Liberty Swap (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal and transactional data when users (“you,” “your,” or “user”) engage with our services via our website and swap interface (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services. ## 1. Core Privacy Principles Liberty Swap is founded on the belief that financial freedom and data sovereignty go hand-in-hand. Our platform is engineered to minimize data collection and promote user autonomy while still enabling effective customer support and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. ### 2. Data We Process Liberty Swap is designed to process only the data needed to execute and support transactions. This section describes all data we process; other Liberty pages refer to it. #### A. Transaction Data When you perform a swap in Standard or Private Mode, we temporarily process: * Sender and recipient wallet addresses * Token types and amounts * Timestamps, routing data, and related transaction hashes We do not link this data to real-world identities. #### B. Technical Data When you use the interface or API, our servers and infrastructure providers process technical data such as IP addresses for security, rate limiting, and access restrictions. Logged IP addresses are anonymized. #### C. Support Data If you contact support, we may process your wallet address, social media handle, and any information you choose to share, such as screenshots or logs. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases. ### 3. Data Retention * Transaction data is retained for 24 hours to support issue resolution, then deleted. * If a support case is open, related data may be retained until the case is resolved. * Data may also be retained where required by applicable law. ### 4. Transaction Modes #### A. Standard Mode Standard Mode transactions are recorded on public blockchains and can be viewed by anyone using a blockchain explorer. Liberty Swap processes transaction data only as described in section 2. #### B. Private Mode Private Mode uses zero-knowledge privacy technology designed to reduce the visibility of sender addresses, recipient addresses, asset types, and amounts on-chain. Liberty Swap does not have access to private balances or viewing keys. Liberty Swap processes transaction data only as described in section 2 for the parts of a route it executes. Private Mode does not guarantee anonymity, and users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws. ### 5. Legal & Regulatory Disclosure Liberty Swap responds only to valid legal process. Requests are reviewed for legal validity before any cooperation occurs. Any data available is limited to what section 2 describes, for the periods stated in section 3. ## 6. Use of Personal Data We may use collected data for: * Transactional support * Service optimization * Fraud prevention * Legal compliance * Statistical analysis We do not use your data for marketing or share it with advertisers. ## 7. Third-Party Integrations Our platform may link to or rely on: * RPC endpoints * Privacy chain relayers * PulseChain-based DeFi protocols * Social platforms (e.g., Telegram, X) Please review their privacy practices separately. ## 8. Security Practices We implement: * TLS encryption for all data in transit * Anonymization of logged IPs * Smart contract audits * Zero-access policies for customer-facing staff Despite these protections, blockchain data is immutable and inherently public in some cases. Users should take precautions when interacting with DeFi protocols. ## 9. Children’s Privacy Liberty Swap is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
